What is a Loft Lip?
The Loft Lip hatch trim is a convenient hatch trim kit for finishing off the loft hatch area. The kit consists of 4 corner pieces and 4 panels that can be cut to size.
The Loft Trim can be installed in minutes and creates a ventilated surface that effectively stops insulation and loft debris falling into the rooms below.
Designed for Loft Hatches up to 600mm x 750mm.
Each individual panel is scored and punched for quick installation. Simply staple the panels to Loft Legs and timber elements in and around the loft hatch.
